My client, an iconic publishing brand in London are looking to recruit a new Marketing Manager.
You will be reporting to the Director of Marketing & Audiences and will shape the brand strategy for the business, ensuring my client attracts the most valuable readers and increase sales.
You will also be working closely with the Consumer Insight team in order to understand the motivations for buying books for different audience segments in the UK, and ensuring brand campaigns and channels satisfy the needs of the target audience.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing the brand's audience growth strategy and ensuring effective channel management to drive a highly engaged audience.
You will be a proficient marketer with commercial acumen and solid experience building productive and trusted relationships with stakeholders internally and externally. You are passionate about books and authors and connecting audiences with new ideas and stories that matter.
As a successful candidate you would also be a highly motivated self-starter, comfortable managing others and getting the best out of people, leading by example and having had experience of managing at least two direct reports.
