Marketing Coordinator- Fashion- Luxury- London

My client are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their business, which is one of the world's fastest growing brands.
The primary purpose of this position is to develop and execute local marketing campaigns in line with the UK campaign and brand objectives. Under the direction of the Senior Marketing Officer, the role is specifically focused on liaising with franchisee partners and marketing contacts to plan, coordinate and execute marketing activity in accordance to the UK marketing calendar.

Key Role Responsibilities

Franchise store events

* Support the Senior Marketing Officer on all franchise partner store marketing projects
* Work with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate store launches, anniversary events and collection launches. Brief the relevant agencies, manage the event critical path, monitor event status, and identify any opportunities and risks
* Communicate any store opening, re-opening and upgrading marketing campaigns to the business in a timely manner
* Work with Area Managers to maximise local marketing activities within each area, particularly local events, PR activities, local centre management websites etc
* Develop and provide practical event information to all relevant parties
* Work closely with the Senior Marketing Officers to understand local initiatives for specific stores
* Establish strong relationships with the wider business, franchise partners and agencies
* Record results and evaluate effectiveness of marketing and PR activity and provide recommendations for any improvements
UK branding

* Write copy for local marketing material
* Order and provide franchise store staff with end consumer marketing materials
* Liaise with the UK creative services team to brief, amend and sign off all seasonal brand activity for local advertising
* Work with the digital and social teams to create local plans
* Work with the PR team to ensure coverage
* Research, understand and suggest new opportunities to support local marketing initiatives
* Compile competitor analysis

Required Competencies, Knowledge and Experience

* Degree or equivalent in Marketing
* At least 1 year in a relevant industry - fashion or beauty preferred
