This leading comms agency are looking for an Insight Manager (4-5 years experience) to join their team to work across their consumer and corporate accounts. This is a globally recognised agency who have done, and continue to do, some fantastic work. It's an amazing opportunity to work in a fast-paced team, developing agile and best in class insights.
You'll be working with the team and clients to identify and analyse key insights to transform into strategy. The right person will act as a source of comprehensive knowledge and have a thorough understanding of BOTH Qual and Quant research methodologies. This will include focus groups and depth interviews, as well as commissioning quantitative research; including questionnaire design.
You'll have to:
Proactively guide client teams in their use of insight
Be aware of social and political context
Awareness and competence across all research methodologies
Ensure a clear understanding of client insight needs
Consistently demonstrate credibility and authority in client relationships
Regarded as a valued and trusted adviser by clients
Support the teams in their efforts at relationship building with clients
