The role will be heavily focused on developing market leading reporting and insight capabilities through innovative use of data and tools. This will be accomplished by increasing the proposition of the reporting/insight portfolio, making recommendations on data strategy and developing self-service BI capability.
This is an integral position which will involve interaction with a wide range of stakeholders from across the business. A fundamental part will be the ability to build strong relationships in order to foster collaboration.
The ideal candidate will have used insight for commercial purposes, have experience in forecasting and building KPI's and frameworks and have used consumer lead data.
A keen interest in gaming is desired.
Key duties and tasks will involve;
* Instilling the learning cycle approach (plan, test, measure, reflect) into how the business operates
* Embed KPI framework to help measure performance against commercial objectives
* Develop reporting and analytics to create insight and recommendations for improvement and positive change
* Provide the wider business with insight/tools that will improve decision making and increase profitability
