Leading electronic brand are searching for a Head of Consumer PR to join their growing Communications team.

The brand:
Global leader in consumer electronic. This business is a thought leader, continuously and relentlessly leading in innovation both in design and technology. They are changing the playing field when it comes to all consumer electronics whether that be TVs, computers or mobile phones. As a huge global business, their employment is high and their reach is far. Currently sitting as one of the Top 10 companies globally.

The European team has several different divisions across Europe that look after several billions worth of sales. The brand are on a mission to have total ownership of the European market. The business grow talent that are passionate and always looking for ways to drive innovation.

The role:
The Head of Consumer will lead the European PR team's efforts in delivering high-impact PR campaigns that are utilised and delivered over several markets. The position will be to develop innovation content and PR campaigns to roll out across Europe to make sure the brand's identity and story are continuously being evolved.

You will utilise all communications channels from digital, social, experiential and traditional to provide overarching brand stories. You will look after several agencies as well as looking after different regions across Europe. Essentially you are the gate keeper for the brand, making sure all other regions are continuously striving towards one identity whilst launching new products.

The position will feed into the Director of External Communications based outside of London. You will have a full holistic overview of the marketing mix and be aware of all forward thinking techniques to achieve brand coverage and identity.

You will also be expected to have a full understanding and experience across sponsorship activities, leading on media events, building European and Global communications campaigns as well as an understanding of how to become a brand which is fully integrated into consumer's lives.

A senior PR campaigns manager is required with experience in: developing and delivering high-impact international content and campaigns; creating engagement with a high-profile consumer brands; influencing and inspiring on brand-building to enhance broader communications to support propositions.

- An experienced consumer PR - 8-10 + years experience
- Agency or in-house background
- Consumer PR experience - across several sectors
- Experience and track history is develop European campaigns
- Creative - with proof of developing engaging content
- Experience and understanding of managing internal and external stakeholders
- Great team player who has experience working in matrix structured businesses
- Project Management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence
- Understanding and experience is delivering integrated communications campaigns
- Experience in the full marketing mix.
