My client is a brand experience agency with offices worldwide, who have an exciting opportunity for freelance Account Managers through to Account Directors. They have just won a new piece of business and need urgent resource to help them fulfil the client's needs for a multiple brand experience road show.
The role combines the core elements of live event planning and management, including creative development, budget management, venue sourcing, scheduling, production, logistics and staffing.
* Planning, design, delivery and evaluation of events
* Budget management and ensuring expected profit margins are met
* Ensuring invoice schedules are created and adhered to throughout the process
* Day to day client contact
* Working with the creative team to develop pitches and live projects
* Briefing the production team and working closely with them to ensure budgets are adhered to
* Working closely with suppliers
* Creating and managing detailed project plans
