Major Players seek an enthusiastic Director of Insights to join a fast growing Customer Experience Research & Insights agency - starting ASAP and paying up to £70k.
The client is a forward thinking and innovative market research & insights agency. They are growing rapidly, set to double in size this year and have an impressive roster of high profile brands spanning the automotive, banking, telecoms and transport sectors. They use a range or qualitative and quantitative methodologies to collect data, leading to insights on how to enhance the customer experience.
A Director of Insights position has arisen due to a long serving employee moving on, and so the client seeks a replacement that can step in and hit the ground running, overseeing the Insight function of the business. Initially only a Market Research agency, the Insight function has recently taken off and grown to be a pivotal function of the business. The role will involve research planning and analysis, predominantly quantitative, to gain valuable insights for a range of clients across sectors.
You will be ambitious and ready to lead, inputting new and innovative ideas to the business. You will have a strong agency background in quantitative research and analytics, and demonstrable experience of pulling data apart to gain actionable insights. You will have the ability to present your findings clearly, offering strategic propositions for the clients.
