Digital Account Manager - The Company

My client is a rapidly-growing digital marketing agency based in London seeking a Digital Account Manager with a passion for exceptional client service and all things digital to join our expanding team.


Digital Account Manager - The Role

Within this role, you'll be working client-facing across a variety of industries, as well as planning and implementing the right mix of digital marketing solutions in conjunction with our internal teams. You'll be given the autonomy to drive client relationships and develop your own strategies to meet your client's business goals and objectives. As a result, this role requires you to be at the forefront of digital industry changes, and to understand how to put together a strategic digital campaign. You'll have the ability to solve problems, come up with strategic solutions and be able to work closely with client and business partners to cultivate authentic and long term relationships. You'll be co-ordinating projects and client accounts with many 'moving parts' so you'll be able to think on your feet, prioritise tasks and stay exceptionally organised. Key Responsibilities;

- Driving and customising your client's digital marketing strategy to meet their goals and objectives
- Account management of clients across many forms of digital marketing including SEO, PPC, social media and more
- Proactive client liaison at all levels, including emails, phone calls, project management systems and face to face meetings
- Taking responsibility and driving the digital strategy for your clients' accounts
- Solving a range of business and digital marketing problems, always providing a solution that is to the needs of the client or situation
- Building rapport and transparent relationships with potential and existing clients. On occasion dealing with client issues, challenges and expectation management to provide a positive outcome and maintain a strong client relationship
- Leading internal and external teams to provide digital services for clients, and ensuring every deliverable or communication goes out at your client's standard
- Running effective and informative meetings to the needs of the client. This includes new business meetings, along with regular update meetings, presenting client's digital results, pitching new ideas to existing clients
- Identifying new business opportunities with existing clients and developing a solution to their needs
- Coordinating projects and tasks including project managing timelines and deliverable by working with internal and external teams
- Analysing digital performance data and translating it into digestible insights and actionable recommendations
- Reporting on client metrics and providing continued support to the team you work with across reporting, insights and documentation
- Providing input and developing new digital marketing product and service strategies


Digital Account Manager - Key Skills

- A passion for client service and a willingness to exceed client expectations
- Confidence in putting forward your recommendations based on your ability to gain insight and build and maintain relationships
- Confidence in the delivery of client service, particularly meetings, presentations and other communication
- A natural rapport builder with the resilience to develop relationships over time
- Experience in delivering successful projects and can demonstrate how it aligned to a business goal
- A proven problem solver that can approach business problems strategically and with a drive to deliver an exceptional outcome
- Ability to think creatively and logically to develop solutions focused on digital marketing thinking
- A 'can-do' attitude that can be applied to your clients' work, the team around you and the business as a whole
- Ability to be level-headed when dealing with multiple clients and see the value in collaborating with a team
- A proven passion or experience across all things digital
- Exceptionally organised and detail orientated enough to manage projects with many moving parts
