Affiliates Manager - The Agency
My client offer the full spectrum of planning and buying, off and online. Each operating division of the Group has a separate leadership team, supported by a group trading structure and the services of their in house specialist divisions. The 1st arm of their business integrates the art and science of performance marketing by applying the principles of search to all facets of biddable media.
The 2nd arm of their business is a specialist division that develops brand engagement opportunities such as broadcast sponsorship, editorial partnerships, experiential marketing and branded content across all platforms. The 3rd arm of their business is their specialist Marketing Effectiveness Consultancy, using analytics and modelling to understand the ROI of on and offline media to link the value of media plans to the clients P&Ls. The 4th arm of is their in-house Out-of-Home planning and buying division, providing solutions across all traditional, non-traditional and emerging digital formats.
Sponsorship Intelligence works with brands to identify, negotiate and leverage sponsorships as well as assess the impact of sponsorship investment.
They have a wealth of clients across a multitude of industries including fashion, beauty, retail, FMCG, Leisure & Tourism and Entertainment. As well as a fully integrated training and development program for each individual they offer a company benefits club and everyone is a member. Affiliates Manager - The Role
You will be responsible for the delivery and development of a leading Affiliate marketing management service whilst providing excellent client service and delivery against objectives.
Affiliates Manager - Key Responsibilities
To manage and develop high profile client affiliate schemes.
To consistently produce high quality outputs, i.e. presentations, proposals, analysis...
To work closely with the account team to advise and help on all queries.
To understand the clients' business objectives and backgrounds.
To be the key contact for client affiliate managers.
To review and streamline processes and procedures within the team.
To ensure a high standard of team efficient affiliate programme management and that all client/ agency targets are met.
To drive creativity in affiliate programme solutions and cross media planning.
To develop ideas and research/ find solutions independently and share all innovations across the team.
To pro-actively be involved in preparation work for pitches, volunteering help for the wider team.
To achieve high client service scores.
To develop, build and maintain strong relationships with account teams across clients, the finance team, affiliate networks and publishers.
To build strong relationships with clients, becoming an integral part of affiliate media activity.
