Major Player have an exciting role for an Account Manager to work across a huge financial services client on their loyalty account.
The ideal candidate will have worked across e-CRM and Digital previously and be process orientated with their way of working.
The agency is based in West London and is medium in size, the mainly work across loyalty and promotion accounts. A very lovely family feel to the agency.
This role is for someone looking to begin their career and stay with the agency for a while.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a marketing or account management role
* Confidence with clients and strong relationship management skills
* Impeccable organisation, prioritising and time management skills
* The ability to analyse campaign results and compile Post Campaign Analysis
* Prior experience in digital & eCRM campaigns
* Confidence working with a fast paced, global business with ongoing evolving needs
* A strong digital prowess
* A strategic mind and creative bones
* An extremely keen eye for detail
* Excellent written and spoken English
Desirable Skills: ecrm, understanding of digital platforms, experience of working with global marketing teams
