Major Players are looking for an enthusiastic Account Director to join a successful B2B Digital Marketing Communications agency to work across multiple technology accounts.
Our client is a well - established, technology focused, B2B digital marketing communications agency who works with some of the biggest names in the tech sector. Their approach is a unique mix of strategic communication services and specialist market experience. Their digital services span automated lead nurturing, advertising and media services, brand/social media/product campaigns, channel marketing and local and international deployment amongst others.
They seek a passionate and fun Account Director who has passion to learn and grow, who has experience leading and growing B2B tech accounts within a fast paced agency environment. You will need to be a creative and strategic individual who is skilled in delivering integrated, digital marketing campaigns and who can build a strong rapport with the client. You will be reporting in to the Senior Account Director (SAD) and will need to have good leadership and coaching skills as you will be managing Senior Account Managers (SAMs).
You will be the main point of contact, communicating frequently and transparently with the client and your internal team, coaching and developing the SAMS on day to day basis and working closely with that SAD. You will be experienced in creating articulate and high quality presentations and proposals and confident in pitching and presenting to the client articulately. You will be able to budget and forecast and will be monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns, analysing the data and highlighting areas of opportunity to maximise profitability. You will be confident in negotiating and closing.
