Major Players are working with one of the market leading integrated and experiential agencies to help source and experienced Account Director with experience working on alcohol accounts! The agency have a really creative and collaborative environment that really champions fresh thinking.
You will be responsible for the delivery of a variety of experiential campaigns, largely for alcohol brands but you will also be exposed to other FMCG and telecomms brands
Taking the lead with key client accounts, responsible for strategy development, campaign planning, though development of in-depth insight into client brands
Overseeing an experienced team to ensure objectives are being met on time and to budget
Complex budget management, target setting and monitoring of all P&L
Team leadership, mentoring and ensuring regular status meetings are taking place
Proactively identifying opportunities for growth with current and existing clients and pitching!
Ensure regular and efficient communication with both internal teams and external suppliers & stakeholders
Extensive experience working alcohol and FMCG brands, delivering integrated and experiential campaigns
Proven experience working as an established Account Director, leading a team
Knowledge and passion for the experiential world, with the ability to understand a fully integrated campaign
Experience in shopper marketing would be ideal
Excellent communication skills
Ability to hit the ground running in a busy environment and take ownership
Collaborative and flexible approach to work
There will be occasional evening and weekend work
