We are currently working on a really exciting brief with a leading experiential and events production agency in the heart of London! The agency are looking for an established Account Director to head up a dedicated account team for a variety of automotive, FMCG and tech brands.
The agency are well established, delivering some really ground breaking, creative work for corporate companies and brands. From delivering live experiences, brand activations, exhibitions to launches and public events, the agency offer a diverse environment and the opportunity to work on really varied projects.
This Account Director must come with solid experience working working at this level, leading a team and taking the lead with client accounts
The chosen candidate will have excellent financial acumen and be used to both monitoring large scale budgets and P&L for the client and the agency
You will be responsible for being the first point of contact with senior level clients, gaining in-depth insight to their brand & brief and offering strategic insight and consultancy to enhance brand and optimise budgets
Delivering large scale projects, globally with multi-million pound budgets
Managing, leading and developing an experienced team - you must be able to offer guidance and support, yet empower team to autonomously deliver their work
Working alongside senior members of the team you will be imperative to shaping the growth of the agency, providing insight into client accounts and assisting with mapping out company targets
Driving new business initiatives, creating winning presentations and pitching to new and existing clients

Ideally you will have worked in both large and small agency environments and so will have an understanding of large agency processes, yet be able to get stuck in to various functions be it client services, project management or production.
