Major Players are on the hunt for a talented Account Director to join a independent, fresh and innovative integrated agency in West London. The successful Account Director will be leading and delivering on the agencies flagship booze account across fully integrated campaigns!

Your role will be to continue to build a partnership with the client, leading strategy, direction and delivery across integrated campaigns on a legendary booze brand that has a strong connection with football! You will be looking at ways to develop the thinking and remain ahead of the competitors whilst owning the commercials on the account and managing the financial reporting. Last but by no means least you will take the lead on the day to day running of the account whilst managing a team and ensuring their development.
Are you the ideal candidate?
You will have at least 5 years integrated agency experience, preferably you would have worked on a booze account and be passionate about football as this will play a huge part in the creative output of the account. You'll take a strategic, organised and time savvy approach to projects and have strong financial management expertise. The Account Director will be a passionate, self-starter with excellent leadership and management skills. You must be comfortable working on a fast paced account with the constant need to be proactive to remain one step of your competitors. You will be down to earth, collaborative and ambitious with the ability to deliver!
