Our client, a leading B2B agency is looking to hire a senior AD to lead some of its key accounts.

-This is a key role for the agency. You'll be helping to grow the business by managing and strengthening client relationships by really getting to grips with their concerns and interests and anticipating their needs
-Leading the strategic direction for key clients
-Taking ownership of a key account's P&L and be responsible for its profitability
-Getting involved in new business pitches
-Helping to develop the skills, experience and careers of more junior team members and act as a role model to them
Who we're looking for:
-Someone with strong integrated experience - from branding to digital to ATL and a proven track record of managing multiple projects
-Significant experience as an AD
-An interest and understanding of B2B marketing
-You'll need heaps of gravitas and confidence and be able to gain the respect of your clients and agency colleagues
-An ability to spot great creative work, and inspire creative teams
-Show enthusiasm, creativity, humility and humour
-Experience of B2B, FS, telco or tech clients would be a plus
