Design and Branding Account Management, Brand Strategy and Business Development
The design management team recruit for roles agencyside across fmcg packaging, brand identity, corporate communications and retail. We receive many roles for freelance account and project managers to help implementation of projects. We do occasionally receive briefs for brand consultants or strategists to assist or manage pitchwork. Also, there is often a need for freelance business developers who have experience working in the branding arena.

Digital Client Services
The digital team have a freelance client services division, we regularly look for freelance Producers, Project Managers, Account Managers and Strategic Consultants. Occasionally we will recruit for freelance Planners and Account directors for client pitches. Roles are both agency and client side. We always look for skills in Prince 2 and other project management methodologies, experience across managing e-commerce, web build, applications, microsites, rich media online advertising campaigns and mobile.

Digital Creatives
We recruit for freelance and contract digital creatives, from junior to senior level including: Designers (Websites, Campaigns, Illustrators), Art Directors, Creative Directors, Copywriters, Content Managers/Editors, IA's/Usability Specialists, Creative Producers and Project Managers. For immediate cover, both short and longer term bookings with range of exciting clients - from small boutique agencies to worldwide corporations.

Integrated Account Handling
The Integrated team recruit freelancers with a core of either Direct Marketing and/or Sales Promotion experience. We regularly receive account handling briefs from Senior Account Exec level up to Group Account Director, with most of the briefs being AM-AD level implementation roles. There are also, less frequent briefs for strategists to assist or head pitches and for integrated planners.

Integrated Art Directors & Copy Writers
With an enviable list of some of the UK's best Direct Marketing, Sales Promotion and Above the line agencies as our Clients; the Integrated Creative team at Major Players continually strive to meet award winning senior DM/ SP & ATL Art Directors & Copy Writers.
We expect all Art Directors & Copy Writers to not only be able to create successful, conceptual ideas and campaigns but as a freelancer you will relish being hands on, enjoy jumping in at the deep end to resolve urgent creative issues and have the ability not to panic under pressure.
Art Directors with MAC skills and Copy Writers who can craft long copy as well as whip up short snappy strap-lines will be suitable for a wider range of briefs within Major Players' broad range of Clients/ media sectors, many of which will take you out of that comfort zone!!

Business Services
The Business Services Division provide a wide range of Support Roles across all sections of Major Players clients covering Digital, PR, Marketing, Advertising, Design and Intergrated we place candidates with experience within these areas but also introduce candidates that are looking to move into a more creative client base who have good transferable Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Commercial skills. The core categories that we recruit for are, Administrators, Receptionist, Team Secretaries, P/A's and Office Managers.

PR
The PR Team has regular freelance roles available from AE to AD level across both in house and agency environments. The most popular briefs we receive are from clients requiring additional support prior to a launch or special project. They often need a safe pair of hands to aid media relations outreach or to project manage elements of the brief. We also get requests from agencies looking for more senior players to help out with brand collaborations or media partnerships. Occasionally, we are asked to find people with sector specific skills to aid an up and coming pitch or to simply provide strategic advice on an existing client. Contracts can be for as little as one week, right up to a six month maternity cover. Whatever the brief, you'll need bundles of confidence, the ability to hit the ground running and just get on with things and you'll be happy getting your hands dirty.

Sponsorship & Experiential Account Handling & Production
The Sponsorship & Experiential team regularly have freelance briefs for account handlers with specific sponsorship agency or experiential agency backgrounds. Most roles are to implement projects at Account Manager to Account Director level. We also regularly have Event Manager, Event Producer and Event Production roles. Occasionally we have Hospitality and B2B Conference and Exhibitions roles.
