You can sign up for pay as you go online tutorials and learn everything you need to know about digital and design jobs. The web is a goldmine of free resources, too. Flash Kit is a great site for Flash designers, Smashing Magazine contains a wealth of knowledge for designers, also. Google is your friend when it comes to learning more! Get practical "The best way to learn is by doing: apply for internships; if you're already working in an offiline design role and have a digital department in your agency, you could spend a couple of days a week picking up some on the job training." Transfer your skills "There is a lot of cross over between print and digital design - the important thing is to think of design as a whole. The skills you've picked up in offline design jobs will be invaluable when taking your skills into the digital space - which is just another form of design." Stay current "Getting into the digital space is just a matter of keeping on top of trends (check out websites like Digital Arts) and ready to receive information that's out there.
